Shikaku, Daily Akari and Tents and Trees are all recorded as needing no account, and the first two are free outright. The sudoku you came from is freemium, and so is the New York Times version, so those two are where a wall can appear. Sudorkle records no price either way.

Daily Akari, at roughly five minutes. It is the only puzzle on this list with a recorded session length, so treat the others as unknown rather than assuming they are longer. A Very Hard sudoku with 35 given digits is plainly a different evening.
