What is Daily Timeline?

Daily Timeline is a five-step history-navigation puzzle. You begin at one historical event, receive a target event later in time and choose between two event cards at each step. One card moves you forward toward the target and the other sends you backward.

How to play

  1. Read your current event and the target event.
  2. Compare the dates on the two offered event cards.
  3. Pick the event that happened later in time to move toward the target.
  4. Continue through the sequence; five correct picks complete the journey.

Why play Daily Timeline?

Choose Daily Timeline for a short, date-led history game that tests chronological intuition without requiring a quiz-style answer field. Each pick becomes a simple but consequential decision about what happened later.

Reading the feedback

The game makes each choice meaningful through direction: the correct event leads forward toward the target, while the other leads backward. Its progress display uses a five-step journey, and completing all five correct picks completes that journey.

Modes

Daily journey
One five-step historical route is presented as the day’s puzzle.

Tips & strategy

  • Anchor every decision to the printed dates, not just to familiarity with the event names.
  • Because the goal is farther along in time, choose the later of the two offered events.
  • Use the current event as a checkpoint: a wrong direction changes the time relationship you need to recover from.
