Liftle

Liftle hides one exercise a day behind a pair of anatomy figures. The board shows a body from the front and a body from the back, a vertical legend to their left reading Activated, Mid, Inactive, a single guess field with a Guess button, and four column headings above the empty rows: EXERCISE, EQUIPMENT, MOVEMENT and a percentage. The welcome card is blunt about the budget, guess the daily exercise in six tries or fewer, and the board repeats it as a 6 tries hint.

1. Open liftle.fit. A five-card welcome opens on top of the board; page through it with Next, or take the Skip link in its corner.
2. Behind the card sits the board: one guess field, a Guess button, two figures labelled FRONT and BACK, and four column headings, EXERCISE, EQUIPMENT, MOVEMENT and a percentage.
3. Six tries or fewer is the whole budget for the day's exercise, per the welcome card and the board's own 6 tries hint.

Most daily guessing games make you think in letters. Liftle makes you think in muscles: the answer is an exercise and the board is a human body drawn front and back. If you spend any time under a bar, the vocabulary is already yours, and the four column headings, exercise, equipment, movement, percentage, read much more like a training log than a puzzle grid.

Daily

One exercise per day. The site titles itself a daily exercise guessing game and the welcome card frames the round as today's exercise.
