Yesternerd bundles four daily history games for the same player set.

1. Choose one of the day’s history challenges.
2. Use the historical clues shown by that challenge to make its required identification or grouping.
3. Return for the remaining daily games when you want a different historical puzzle.

It is a good fit for players who want several short history prompts in different formats instead of one long daily quiz.

Feedback differs by Yesternerd mode. In the observed Face Value round, every round starts at 100 points: each torn scrap costs 10 points, the Claim to Fame clue costs 25, Lived To/From costs 15 and three choices costs 80. Tears, clues and wrong guesses reduce the value of a correct answer, never below 10 points. The run shows the current round out of three and a point total.

Four daily history games

The official site says the four games use the same daily set for everyone.

• Play multiple of the four daily challenges for variety, the site provides four separate history games using the same daily set so you can switch between formats without waiting for a new day.
• In Face Value rounds, avoid unnecessary torn scraps and clues: each torn scrap costs 10 points, the Claim to Fame clue costs 25, Lived To/From costs 15, and switching to three choices costs 80, these and wrong guesses reduce the value of a correct answer.
• If you’ve already spent clues in a round, remember the value of a correct answer never falls below 10 points, so an educated guess later can still be worthwhile.
• Watch the round tracker (shows current round out of three and your running point total) to decide when it’s worth spending points on clues versus saving them for later rounds.
• Load the game while online if you expect to be offline later, the official page states the site works offline, so you can continue playing without a connection once the set is loaded.
