A real company, frozen at a real month in the past, with the numbers it actually had at the time: share price, market cap, shares outstanding, industry, and ratios like price to book, five year revenue growth and equity to assets. The company's name is withheld. You put money in, short it, or pass, and then the market's real subsequent move settles the argument. Your balance is the running score and it feeds a global rank.

1. Read the case. The header gives you the month and year, and the panel below gives you the financials as they stood on that date.
2. Dig deeper if you want, through the advanced metrics, the stock movement view and the financial reports for the five preceding years.
3. Set your stake. The screen shows what that buys you in shares at the price on display.
4. Choose INVEST, SHORT or PASS, then reveal the outcome and watch it land on your balance and your rank.

It is a guessing game that refuses to let you guess on vibes. Stripping the company name away leaves you with nothing but a balance sheet and a date, which is exactly the position an analyst is in and exactly the position nobody on the internet argues from. The short option matters more than it looks: being allowed to bet against a company turns every case into two questions instead of one, and PASS quietly teaches the most expensive lesson in investing. Scoring in money rather than in correct answers means position sizing counts, and the five years of reports behind each case reward the players who actually read them.

There is no colour code and no guess counter, just money. The reveal shows what the stock actually did and moves your balance accordingly, and the same result pushes you up or down a global ranking. • PASS sits on the same row as INVEST and SHORT for a reason. When the ratios do not tell you anything, refusing the trade is a real answer rather than a forfeit.
• The date is half the puzzle. You are told the exact month, so the question is not only whether the company looks cheap but what the wider market was about to do to everything around it.
• One snapshot ratio can be a trap and a five year trend rarely is. The reports for the preceding years are the part of the interface most players skip, and they are where the case is usually decided.
• Watch your stake, not just your call. Because the score is a balance rather than a hit rate, being right on a small position and wrong on a big one is how a good week disappears.
